  • Pressure to act immediately, threats of losing a "limited-time" licensing opportunity, or unusually aggressive follow-up
  • Requests for sensitive personal documents (passport scans, banking credentials) before any engagement has been discussed or agreed
  • Email addresses that resemble but do not exactly match our official domain, or that use free consumer email providers
  • Offers to guarantee licensing approval or bypass standard regulatory review — no legitimate advisory firm can guarantee a regulator's decision

How to Verify You're Speaking With Us

  • Confirm the sender's email address matches our official domain exactly, letter for letter
  • Cross-check any phone number or contact detail against the information published on our Contact page
  • If in doubt, do not reply to the suspicious message — instead, contact us directly through the official Contact page and ask us to confirm whether the outreach was genuine
  • Never send payment, identity documents or banking credentials based on an unsolicited message alone
